Vaše položky musí být v nenošeném a neposkvrněném stavu, aby bylo možné vrátit peníze nebo výměnu, a s originálním štítkem připevněným nebo vedle produktu. Všechny vrácené zboží před přijetím posoudí náš provozní tým.

Zpracování posouzení obvykle trvá 10–14 dní.

Ryté předměty nelze vrátit za dobropis ani vyměnit.

Zakázkové a speciální objednávky nelze vrátit ani vyměnit. Položky se změněnou velikostí nelze vrátit ani vyměnit.

Jak vrátit své šperky

Nabízíme 30denní politiku vrácení zboží.

Pokud nám posíláte prsten zpět k jednorázové bezplatné změně velikosti, napište nám prosím jasně, jakou velikost si přejete, abychom prsten upravili.

Pro zaslání šperků zpět k nám z bezpečnostních důvodů použijte originální obal nebo balíček podobné velikosti.

Do balíku prosím vložte poznámku s vysvětlením důvodu vrácení. To nám pomůže zpracovat vaše vrácení rychleji.

V žádném případě na balíček nepište Diamonds Factory, diamanty nebo šperky.

Jednoduše si zarezervujte schůzku na naší rezervační stránce zde (vezměte prosím na vědomí, že neděle jsou vyloučeny). Až budou vaše šperky připraveny, budete upozorněni a budete si u nás muset zarezervovat místo pro sběr. Vezměte prosím na vědomí, že jakékoli předání a vyzvednutí bude z bezpečnostních důvodů vyžadovat doklad totožnosti.
